Welcome to Taply. By using our website or purchasing a Taply product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Taply

Taply provides NFC products designed to help businesses direct customers to online destinations such as their Google Business Profile and other digital platforms.

Taply products are intended for business and promotional use.

2. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where there is an obvious pricing error, product availability issue, or incorrect order information.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing your order, including your business name and the correct Google Business Profile or other link where applicable.

3. Personalised Products

Some Taply products are personalised or programmed for a specific business.

Once a product has been programmed or connected to the information supplied by the customer, changes may not be possible without reprogramming or replacement.

Customers are responsible for checking that the information and links they provide to Taply are correct.

4. Google Business Profiles and Third-Party Services

Taply does not own or control Google, Google Business Profiles, or other third-party platforms.

We are not responsible for changes, suspensions, removals, outages, restrictions or other issues caused by Google or another third-party service.

If a customer's Google Business Profile changes after their Taply card has been programmed, the customer should contact Taply to discuss whether the card can be reprogrammed.

5. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using Taply products in accordance with applicable laws and the rules of any third-party platforms they use.

Taply products must not be used for fraudulent, misleading, abusive or unlawful purposes.

Taply does not guarantee that use of a Taply product will result in a specific number of reviews, customers, sales, rankings or other business results.

6. Intellectual Property

All Taply branding, logos, designs, website content and other original materials remain the property of Taply or its respective owners.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify or commercially use Taply's branding or materials without permission.

7. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, product images, descriptions, prices and availability may occasionally change.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update website information when necessary.

8. Payments

All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£), unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

9. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery service, destination and circumstances outside our control.

Taply is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

11. Limitation of Liability
